About Our Founder


Sharon has extensive experience in finance, audit, compliance and corporate governance.  She managed various teams to deliver high-quality engagements on a range of audit and risk assurance services. She has led and participated in assurance engagements in a variety of industries working for KPMG in Ghana and the USA. She served clients within the media, alternative investments, financial services, manufacturing and retail industries, and specialized in federal audits for the United States government.

Sharon holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business.

She is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Georgia and Washington D.C, USA, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and also holds a Practice Certificate from this institute. She is qualified to sign Audited Financial Statements for publication in accordance with Ghana’s Companies Act 2019, (Act 992).

Sharon has in-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S GAAP), Yellow Book: Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS), The Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and the regulatory guidelines that support the various industries she has worked in.

She also serves as a Director and the Vice President of Finance at SGA Farms, an impact-driven agriculture company focused on filling the voids in the Ghanaian agriculture sector and promoting the export of agriculture products from the African continent to the rest of the world. Driven by her strong passion for the advancement of the African agriculture industry, Sharon seeks to educate farmers on good financial management processes, and sustainable agriculture practices.
